Do not ask others to wear a yoke you yourself would be unwilling to carry, friend. Impose no rules you yourself cannot live by. This is especially true, friend, if you are in a significant position of leadership. If you are able to impose limits on others which truly fit the circumstance, and do not overly limit their freedom, great success is possible.
